The famous resort. Dubai is a famous tourist destination on the coast of the Persian Gulf. The temperature in winter exceeds 20°C, in summer the temperature can reach 40°C.

 Large business center. The city has created free economic zones, a seaport with a developed infrastructure, and airports with a large passenger flow.

Safe city. Dubai’s authorities check citizens very carefully before issuing visas or other necessary documents. Also, population surveys show that more than 90% of residents feel safe if they are alone on the street.

Tax-free jurisdiction. There are no property and income taxes in the UAE. Ownership of real estate in Dubai (renting out) does not entail any tax consequences for the owner within the jurisdiction of the UAE.

High profitability. For housing in Dubai today, the rate of net rental income is on average 5-10% per annum, for retail space – up to 15%. It depends on the parameters of the real estate.
