Ras al-Khaimah is the capital of the northernmost emirate of the UAE, spread out as a blooming oasis in the desert, bordered by the majestic Hajar Mountains and the azure waters of the Persian Gulf. This region is famous for its historical heritage, natural attractions, healing springs.

What is this emirate?

In the mid-2000s, when the first freehold zones appeared in Ras al-Khaimah, real estate in them was sold only to those who registered a company in the emirate.
